ENGLISH STERLING SILVER PISTOL-GRIP PLACE KNIVES, SET OF SEVEN, each having pistol-grip hollow handles with shell-like decoration and an engraved crown over dog motif, featuring a slightly curved and flared blunt-tip metal blade marked "ALPHA". Each handle with "GH" maker's mark for Harrison Brothers & Howson of Sheffield and three hallmarks of a lion passant for sterling fineness, a crown city mark for Sheffield, and a "u" date mark for 1937. Circa 1937. 8 1/2" LOA.
