GEORGIAN ENGLISH STERLING SILVER VINAIGRETTES, LOT OF THREE, each having engraved decoration to exterior and a gilt interior with a hinged reticulated grill, comprising an ovoid example by John Shaw having an 1810 date mark and engraved "Anna" to top, a gilt round example with hanging loop having "JL" maker's mark for possibly John Lawrence & Co. and a date mark for 1829, and a rectangular example by Thomas Freeman with 1826 date mark and a hanging loop. Each marked to interior with a maker's mark and four hallmarks of a lion passant for sterling fineness, an anchor city mark for Birmingham, a date mark, and a King George duty mark. Total weight: 0.960 ozt. First half 19th century. Ovoid example 1 1/4" x 1 3/4" x 3/8" OA.

Fair to very good overall condition with some wear and surface scratches, other imperfections including nicks, minor to moderate denting, worn spots to engraving, possible re-gilding to interiors, and possible one or a few repairs.
