HARRISONBURG, VIRGINIA RETAILED COIN SILVER SPOONS, LOT OF TWO, comprising a soup/dessert spoon and a teaspoon, each having a pointed oval bowl on a forward-tipped fiddle handle with pointed shoulders and engraved "M.E.B." initials. Each with three pseudo hallmarks for James Watts of Philadelphia, PA (active 1832-1888) and a retailer's mark for George Oliver Conrad of Harrisonburg, VA (active 1846-1907). Total weight: 1.560 ozt. Mid/third quarter 19th century. 5 7/8" and 7 1/8" LOA.

Condition

Good to very good overall condition with some wear, surface scratches, nicks, and slight bending, a few minor/small dents to bowls; soup/dessert spoon with a bend to bowl near terminal of handle.
