MASCOTTE PRESSED GLASS APOTHECARY JARS, LOT OF FOUR, colorless with slight sun-colored amethyst tints, each spherical form raised on round feet and with matching patterned stoppers, ground to fit. First quarter 20th century. 9 1/2" to 15 1/4" H.
Condition
Very good condition overall, each with flaking and scattered chipping to mouths, and the upper and lower rims of stoppers; some with occasional bruises to stoppers, and largest example with heavier chipping at upper rim of jar.
Collection of the late Al and Billy Steidel, Alexandria, VA.
