PENNSYLVANIA FOLK ART DRAWING OF CHILD WITH DOG, watercolor and ink on paper, probably traced from a print, depicting a girl in a yellow and red dress with a bow on the back, riding on the back of a dog having a hat with a feather at its feet. Unframed. First half 19th century. 7 3/4" x 5 3/4".
Condition
Very good visual condition with some spotting and discoloration to paper, areas of minor craquelure to spots of heavy paint application, some wrinkling to paper, a few pinholes along top edge and proper right edge, upper proper left corner with a crease.
