REVERSE PAINTED HAFEN ZEPPELIN GLASS WINDOW, rectangular with an aluminum-colored painted ground, decoration depicting a zeppelin in flight over a southern German town, all framed within a diamond border with amber and ruby diamonds, applied leaded-foil overlay creating the appears of a leaded glass window, no signature located. German. Circa 1925. 17 3/4" x 22".
Condition
Excellent condition overall with no flaking, chipping, or cracking, having wear and worn areas of the decoration especially to the lower border and lower right-hand corner, having scattered high-point wear/corrosion to the leaded-foil overlay.
