STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN VIEW TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC PLATTER, featuring "BALTIMORE", as printed to cartouche on underside, depicting the town on the banks of the Patapsco River which features several sailing boats, foreground having a fenced area with two flag poles, one with an anchor and one with a "B", part of the Cities Series. Additional marks to underside include impressed "11". Circa 1825. 11 5/8" x 9 1/8".
