STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN VIEW TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC PLATTER, featuring light blue transfer "COLUMBIA BRIDGE / ON THE / SUSQUEHANNA.", as printed to underside rim, depicting an extensive covered bridge traversing the river with five figures in foreground, having narrow lace border decoration. Additional marks to underside include an impressed Royal Coat of Arms (lion and unicorn) with "OPAQUE / GRANITE / CHINA / W.R. & Co." to shield.
