STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN VIEW TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC TEA AND TABLE ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, comprising two jugs/pitchers including one having "THE GRAND ERIE CANAL" inscription with De Witt Clinton eulogy on one side and Utica tribute on reverse, and one 5 1/4" H example featuring a waterside monument with canons and flags dedicated to naval heroes of the War of 1812, having "WASHINGTON / INDEPENDENCE" printed to monument base, and a covered sugar having teapot cover, featuring "MACDONNOUGHS / VICTORY", printed below scene, depicting a naval battle with two figures on shore. Sugar having impressed "WOOD" to underside. Enoch Wood & Sons, Burslem, England; and others. First half 19th century. 6 3/4" HOA.
