VICTORIAN ENAMEL-DECORATED KEROSENE HANGING / LIBRARY LAMP, decorated opal umbrella shade with shaded green and peach ground and floral decoration, matching decorated opal glass font vase with stamped brass scrolling support arms and a lower laurel finial, matching brass shade ring, leveler, and ceiling mount which is lacking a motor. Fitted with a period brass drop-in font with a period burner, lacking a flame spreader. Having cut glass prisms. Late 19th/early 20th century. Shade: 5 3/4" H, 13 3/4" D fitter.
Condition
Shade undamaged; font vase having wear and some discoloration; font tank having some scattered denting and being drilled through the burner mesh; some metal areas having wear and some minor bending and/or denting.
